Ask the lottery winner!

What elements in your life keep you balanced? - Muneca

Lots of things keep me balanced. Believe it or not though, video games are the main things that kind of keep me grounded. I like to play my XBOX 360 alot, especially Call of Duty 4 and GTAIV. Other than that, I kind of like yoga.

Balance is hard to maintain when you are thrown into a whirlwind of money. Lots of people expect alot of things from you that are just unrealistic. Great question Muneca!!

Are you religious? - asked by straw.

Yes, I am a Christian. Jesus loves you!

Are you single? - anonymous email

I will address this now. No I am not. I am married, and am about to have my very first baby! She will be here June 20th! We have big plans for her!!

Are you nervous about forming new friendships?  Asked by straw.

Of course I am apprehensive about meeting new people. People often associate great wealth with generosity. That is not always the case. Plus you can never be sure of someones true intentions. Its one of the worst things about having won the lottery, your common trust of the general public drops down to almost non-existant.

What kind of career did you leave behind? Asked by Straw.

I was a jack of all trades of sorts. I managed restaurants, I worked in outside sales, I even sold cars for a bit. I really wasn’t cut out for work, and I will always maintain that I was born to be rich. Kind of funny….

Alright guys, thanks for the questions, keep them coming!!!!

What are you currently doing with your money? I know you said it was invested, but in what? Is it with a large investment group such as Fisher Investments or something like that? Do you manage any of it yourself?

And how’s the weight loss goal going? Still making progress?

By the way, don’t hesitate to just spill your mind in posts. People will like to read whatever you want to write about or whatever’s on your mind. Don’t feel like you are running out of material. It’s a personal blog about your life right? Always plenty to talk about (if you want to that is).

How did you feel when you first found out that you came into your money, what were the first things that you did and thought about.

Personally, I wouldn’t feel compelled to do anything, other than a trust and I would have to move, for legal reasons. I would buy an apartment, so I had a home base, six months later.

I would keep my privacy, the trust would benefit my family and I would have an apartment. For the first year, I would travel. I would stay gone for a year. No phones, no nada. Investments would be very safe securities. I would disappear to a dig in South America, or something. I wouldn’t spend a dime, other than a plane ticket.

It wouldn’t be very much fun if I didn’t spend it :)

Do you still work? Do you have any desire to go back to work?

I’ve read a lot of stories about lottery winners who go back to their job working at McDonnalds or something, I just find it hard to understand?!
